Abstract

A slow-acting fertilizer composition comprises crotylidene diurea and another fertilizer or inert matter, the preferred ratio being from 1 : 0,01 to 1 : 100 respectively by weight. In an example, a one-application lawn fertiliser consists of potassium chloride, secondary calcium phosphate and crotylidene diurea, (K2 = 18 %, P2O5 = 6 %, N = 18 %). Alternatively the potassium-phosphorus fertilizer may be applied first and then a mixture of crotylidene duirea and peet added. Urea, clay and evord waste products such as lignius may also be added.
