866,848. Garment sleeves. STEVENS, E. J. Jan. 22, 1960 [Feb. 10, 1959], No. 4582/59. Class 141 The sleeves 1 of a waterproof jacket are each provided with an oversleeve 5 having a longitudinal division 6 so that the cuff of a gauntlet may be positioned between the sleeve and oversleeve, the oversleeve subsequently being closed by a sliding clasp fastener 7 and press-stud 11. The sleeve and oversleeve may be made of polyvinyl chloride and bonded together at 8. Alternatively the jacket may consist of woven material, the oversleeve being stitched to it and the whole garment subsequently waterproofed.
