Abstract

863,343. Cushions. PIRELLI SAPSA, S.p.A. Feb. 14, 1958 [Feb. 16, 1957; Feb. 21, 1957], No. 4952/58. Class 52(4). A moulded cushion 1 has downwardly tapering frusto-pyramidal protuberances 3 defining V shaped grooves 6, each protuberance having blind holes 4. In modifications a rectangular slablike part is adhesively secured to one face or the other of the cushion. In a further modification Fig. 5 a mattress is composed of two layers 1<SP>1</SP>, 1<SP>11</SP> bonded together and having channels 8<SP>1</SP>, 8<SP>11</SP> and blind holes 7<SP>1</SP>, 7<SP>11</SP>.
