Class 97(1) A pressure roller holder for cinematographic projectors for pressing the film against the sprocket, comprises a bushing 4, attached to the projector frame, which surrounds one end of a pin 1 to which is attached a head 2 which has partly spherical sides and which fits closely in the bushing; the head is urged by a spring 5 against a plane surface perpendicular to the holder, and the pin 1 projects through an aperture 6 in the bushing and has a rotatable pressure roller 7 mounted on it. The aperture 6 may be enlarged so that the pin 1 may be tilted away from a sprocket 9 and the bushing 3 may be movably fastened to the projector frame by means of an eccentric disc 10.
