[Also in Group XXV] A pivotal mounting, intended for the operating lever of a cistern or the like made of weak, e.g. bituminous, material, comprises a rigid substantially U-shaped member for insertion into a slot or recess in the wall 20 of the cistern having flanges 22 to engage the wall on opposite sides of the slot and a pivot pin 16 extending between and secured to the two opposite limbs. The connecting limb of the member may also have flanges 24.
