Class 146(1) In a loose-leaf binder of the type in which rockable claws are resiliently carried by a two-part body incorporating spring mechanism, the two body parts a and c are secured together by a two-part pin, one part d being permanently rivetted as otherwise secured to the part c and the other part e being screwed into the part d, the part e having a head recessed at e<SP>2</SP> and with its top surface flush with the outer face of the part a. Claws b<SP>1</SP> are secured to strips b located by flanges a<SP>1</SP> of the part a.
