Abstract

857,404. Band clips. ROBINSON & CO. (GILLINGHAM) Ltd., L. April 21, 1959 [April 21, 1958], No. 12534/58. Class 44. A worm drive hose clip has a strip-like yoke 2 retained withir and fitting within the band 1 of the clip so that the yoke and bane provide a continuous smoott and substantially circular hose engaging surface. The yoke is spot welded to the band and the ends of the yoke are tapered as indicated at 3. The end 4 of the band can also be tapered.
