Abstract

851,768. Racks. BURT Ltd., J. W., and BUSBRIDGE, R. G. March 13, 1959 [May 12, 1958], No. 15218/58. Class 52(3) A rack for storing photogravure cylinders C has frame members 1 extending upwardly from a base 2 and carrying supports 5 for the cylinder journals, each member 5 having an extension 6 pivoted at 7 thereto to be movable upwards and a latch 14 pivoted at 15 to a stay 16 of the support above engages a pin 13 on extension 6 to retain it in the upper position. A protective cover has hinged parts 20 to allow access to the upper supports and the base 2 has wheels 22 running on rails 23 to allow movement of the rack from one position to another.
