848,973. Change-speed gears. ZAHNRADFABRIK FRIEDRICHSHAFEN A.G. April 8, 1957 [April 7, 1956], No. 11437/57. Addition to 751,899. Drawings to Specification. Class 80 (2). The description is substantially the same as that of Specification 788,716, itself an Addition to the parent Specification, but the change-speed gear includes bulking synchronized clutches and manual establishment of the selected ratios is assisted by a pneumatic servomotor. Fig. 6 (not shown) illustrates a spring-biased detent applied to the reverse selector fork.
