846,820. Fluid-pressure brakes. CAMERON MACHINE CO. Dec. 1, 1958 [June 12, 1958], No. 38745/58. Drawings to Specification. Class 103 (1). [Also in Groups XVI and XXIX] The subject-matter of this Specification is substantially the same as that described in Specification 843,898, but also includes a movable support for each end of the guide roller, such that the brake mechanism is responsive to movements of the guide roller resulting from variations in web tension at either edge of the web. The guide roller is similarly supported at each end by diaphragms within cylinders in the same manner as that described in the Specification referred to above, each cylinder being connected to a separate pressure regulating valve which controls the brake mechanism as described in that Specification.
