Abstract

845,810. Spray-producers. PRECISION VALVE CORPORATION. June 25, 1958 [July 5, 1957], No. 20371/58. Class 69 (3). A tubular valve stem for a container of pressurized material of the kind in which depression of the stem causes the material to be forced up the stem to a spray outlet, has a cylindrical chamber 2 in its wall to which the material is fed tangentially via passage 3, 4, 5, and the material is whirled in the chamber and passes from a spray outlet 8 in a button 6. The outlet 8 is coaxial with the chamber, and the button is correctly aligned on the stem by the provision of engaging flat wall-sections on both parts.
