Abstract
A pharmaceutical composition for treating helminths and which maintains a high and prolonged blood level of the active ingredient comprises polymethylenepiperazine and a pharmaceutical carrier in the form of tablets, capsules, pills, suspension or powder. The preferred dosage range is between 1-500 mg. per kg. of body weight. The compound may also be incorporated in an animal feed stuff.
