Abstract

841,514. Garment hangers. KISCH, A. R. June 11, 1956 [March 11, 1955; March 8, 1956], Nos. 7255/55 and 7355/56. Class 52(5) An attachment, for each end of a coat hanger 5, consists of a cross arm 1, carrying pegs. hooks or spring clips 2, slidably and frictionally secured on the hanger by a loop 3 of helically coiled wire. Clothes lines may run between the attachments and the hanger may have alternative screw sockets for the suspension hook 9 so that the hanger can be spaced from a wall. A jointed hook may be used and according to the first Provisional Specification the hook may swivel relative to the yoke of the hanger.
