Class 106(5) A dispenser for sugar or other granulated material comprises a tube 10 extending through the removable cap 11 of a container 15 to the bottom of the container and having a bevelled end 13 which can be partly masked by a slidable sleeve 14 in order to vary the amount of sugar dispensed each time the container is turned upsidedown. The outer end of the tube is bevelled in the opposite direction to the inner end and may be fitted with a self-closing flap. The cap 11 may be secured to the container by a screw, clamp or bayonet joint connection and the outside of the container may be used for advertising purposes.
