In another form the selection of the lamps is effected by a rotatable controller driven by an electric motor and having a gapped contact ring co-operating with ten brushes. The incoming signal is applied to one of the brushes, the motor thus being caused to stop in the position where the.gap in the ring registers with the energized brush, contacts on the controller then being closed to light the required lamps in the indicators.
