831,386. Spring drum apparatus. RUSHWORTH, D. May 15, 1958 [Feb. 19, 1957], No. 5514/57. Class 78 (2). Power is supplied from source 2 to movable carriage 4 by cable (or hose) 1 and slack therein is prevented by attaching the cable to runners 12 running along supporting cables 5, 6, the tension of the latter being sustained by spring drums (or counterweights) 7, 8.
