830,145. Automatic circuit - breakers. BUSCH - JAEGER DURENER METALLWERKE A.G. April 20, 1956 [April 28, 1955], No. 12211/56. Addition to 789,326. Class 38 (5). In the circuit-breaker of the parent Specification the contact - operating member comprises a recessed switch rod 1 actuated by the toggle mechanism and a supporting rod 4 for a bridging contact 8, the rod 4 having an enlargement 5 which is received in the recess 2 of the rod 1. The enlargement 5 is bowed so that the crest of the bow bears on the outer casing 6. The bridging contact 8 is mounted for limited displacement on the rod 4 and is influenced by a spring 11.
