829,682. Eiderdowns and bedspreads. DREWETT, C. H. March 1, 1957 [April 11, 1956], No. 11024/56. Class 142(4) An eiderdown, having removable bags of filling material, has pockets 4 closed at both ends and with a mouth 5 intermediate the ends. Each bag completely fills one pocket extending into the pocket on each side of the mouth thereof. The upper surface may be extended to form a valance 6. The sheet 1 may be in two halves with meeting edges to form the mouths 5. Binding or frilling may be attached by edge stitching 2. The mouths 5 may be on the top or on the underside of the eiderdown. There may be two or more lines of pockets. For use as a bedspread alone, the bags are removed.
