828,582. Foldable vehicles. LASSEN, H. Feb. 11, 1958 [July 19, 1957], No. 4466/58. Class 108(1) A foldable trailer has a main cross beam 1 to the ends of which are secured side girders 2 foldable inwardly about the joints 8. The floor comprises panels 3 having flanges 4 and they may be collapsed into overlapping relation adjacent the beam 1 by moving the rear cross beam 6 forwardly. The wheeled axle is supported on brackets 9 slidable along the side girders 2. When the floor is collapsed the brackets 9 are slid forwardly to enable the rear ends of the side girders 2 to be folded inwardly.
