826,304. Moulding-machines. ZIMMERMANN MASCHINENFABRIK G.m.b.H., G. Oct. 4, 1957 [Nov. 30, 1956], No. 31208/57. Class 83 (1). [Also in Groups XXIV and XXIX] In a moulding-machine having a turn-over or counterpressing part with a pivot 4 oscillated by a compressed-air motor 2 through a rack-andpinion, the pivot is provided with a crank 6 operatively connected to a piston 7 urged upwardly by a spring and by liquid pressurised by compressed air in a reservoir 8, and admitted to the cylinder beneath piston 7 through a non- return valve 9. During the first half of an oscillatory movement of the pivot in either direction, piston 7 aids the motion; when topdead-centre is passed, liquid is returned to the reservoir 8 from the cylinder through a throttle 10 to retard the motion of the pivot.
