Channel - sectioned cable trunking 1 has an overlapping cover 2 held by two or more attached spring clips 4 which engage behind inwardly turned edges 3 of the trunking. The clips may be of strip spring steel, and be riveted to the cover by flush rivets 5. The inwardly turned edges 3 need not be as shown, but may be inclined towards the bottom of the channel.
