806,363. Dental stands. SIEMENS-REINIGER WERKE A.G. Nov. 7, 1956 [Feb. 28, 1956; March 2, 1956], No. 34047/56. Class 81 (2). In a dental stand the spray and other instruments are carried in a support which is mounted for movement about a vertical axis set forward of the axis of the main column. In the arrangement described the support 15, carrying instruments 19, is provided with a bearing 17 and pivot pin 16 for angular movement in a recess in a casting 11. The pulleys 21, over which the tubes or cords 20 pass, are grouped close to the axis of the pin 21 and counter-weights 26 are provided, sliding on guide-rods 25. The axes of the holders for the various instruments 19 radiate from a common point and are set at differing angles to the horizontal so that they are separated for convenient handling.
