Abstract

806,179. Roller conveyers. EPSYLON RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT CO. Ltd. Sept. 30, 1957 [Sept. 28, 1956], No. 29639/56. Class 78 (1). The side members 2, 3 of the frame are hollow and are connected respectively to the pressure and exhaust sides of an air pump. Pairs of aligned orifices 4, 5 are formed in the opposed faces of the side members and in each pair a shaft 6 is non-rotatably supported. Hollow rollers 7 moulded in one piece fron nylon and having internal vanes 13 are mounted rotatably on the shaft. A reaction idler 8, Fig. 4, having vanes 15 is mounted on the shaft between each pair of rollers.
