An hydraulic control valve consists of at least two rotatable or, as shown, reciprocable pins which may be coupled together and have holes or grooves so arranged that in one position of the coupled pins at least one duct through the valve body is opened and at least one other duct is closed whereas a movement of the pins to another position blocks the formerly open duct and opens the formerly closed duct, whilst the pins may be uncoupled for independent control of the ducts. As shown, three plungers 6A, 6B, 6C have transverse ports 10 for placing an inlet 1 in communication with respective outlets 5A, 5B, 5C. Each pin is actuated by a bell-crank lever 7A &c. pivoted at 8 and the levers 7A, 7B may be coupled for simultaneous operation by a handle 9 pivoted to the lever 7A.
