A filling device for supplying oil and petrol mixture to a tank 7 comprises outer and inner funnels 1, 2 for oil and petrol sealed together at 3 and communicating through lower and upper apertures 4, 5 which facilitate the mixing. The upper apertures are constructed so as to divert some of the petrol into the outer funnel and the device has fins 8 by which it rests on the tank to allow venting.
