A combined stopper and pipette for an ink or like bottle 1 comprises a screw cap 3 with central opening 4 and a pipette consisting of a body member 9 with axial bore 10, rubber bulb 13 and feed tube 12, a sealing ring 7 and metal ring 8 being located between the inner face of the screw cap and the top 6 of the bottle neck so that when screw cap 3 is tightened the resilient ring 7 expands to engage a groove in the member 9 to seal the bottle and retain the pipette in position.
