Abstract

790,941. Transistor multivibration circuits. FERGUSON RADIO CORPORATION, Ltd. Sept. 14, 1956 [Sept. 29, 1955], No. 27787/55. Class 40 (6). In a transistor multivibrator circuit of the type in which the base and collector electrodes are cross-coupled through capacitors C1, C2, rectifiers D1, D2 are connected between the collector electrodes and the capacitors and so biased as to isolate the collector electrode from the opposite base when the collector is non- conducting. By this means the rise of voltage at the collector electrode which normally occurs when the collector is non-conducting may be avoided.
