Abstract

781,330. Spectacle frames. HADLEY CO., Ltd. April 3, 1956 [March 31, 1955], No. 9454/55. Class 97(1) A decorative facing 3 is held in position on a spectacle frame by a pin 4 passing through a hole in the eye rim or brow bar, the pin having two legs 6, 7 at least one of which is arched at 8 away from the centre line of the pin at a distance from the head so as to engage the edge of the hole in the frame 1 and to be resiliently deformed thereby to cause the head of the pin to press the facing 3 against the frame. One end of the facing may be held in place by a pin 5 fixed to the frame and engaging the forked end of the 'facing.
