775,344. Mine chocks. MINING ENGINEERING CO., Ltd. Oct. 21, 1954 [Nov. 9, 1953], No. 31005/53. Class 20(2) Release units 1 for mine chocks are engaged with a base 5 by hooks 2 and connected together in pairs by straps 7. The hooks 2 may be replaced by hooks on the bottom of the releases engaging holes in the top of the base or shouldered projections engaging key hole slots. The chock releases are of known type comprising upper and lower wedges held together by releasable catch means. Specification 775,343 is referred to.
