A distribution board 11 comprising threephase bus-bars R, S, T has a connection bar 17 on which both terminals 19R, 19S, 19T and switches 18R, 18S, 18T are mounted, the front casings and dimensions of the switches and terminals and their connection arrangements being identical so that they are interchangeable. Some of the switching and actuating mechanism of each switch is arranged in a rear part of the casing such as 18R<SP>1</SP>. Fuses 16R, 16S, 16T are either mounted on three separate connection bars 13, 14, 15 or side-by-side on one bar.
