Abstract

768,136. Fusibie cut-outs. BELLING & LEE, Ltd. March 1, 1955 [March 1, 1954], No. 6008/54. Class 38 (1). The fusible element 3 of a cartridge fuse is secured by brass clips 6, 7 to an insulating sheet 1 having a cut-out 2, the sheet preferably being of compressible, non-inflammable material. The sheet is put into a glass housing 10 to which end caps 11, 12 are then cemented, ends 8, 9 being passed through apertures in the caps, bent over, and soldered thereto.
