Abstract

760,070. Rotary pumps. MONO PUMPS, Ltd. May 23, 1955 [June 25, 1954], No. 18785/54. Class 110 (2). The stator 5 of a helical gear pump is formed integral with a, cylindrical member 7 and is formed integral with or bonded to a resilient inlet pipe 11. The stator defines, together with a cap 15, a chamber 18 and is clamped to the base 9 of the pump by a plate 10. The space 19 between the members 5, 7 contains a lubricant and communicates with the chamber 18 by way of a bleed hole 20. The members 5, 11 may be made of rubber or different resilient materials one from another. The rotor is manually or power driven. Specification 400,508 is referred to.
