759,406. Electromagnetic switches. LICENTIA PATENT - VERWALTUNGSGES. April 2, 1954 [April 7, 1953], No. 9740/54. Class 38(5) An insulating contact carrier 14 has projections 3 slidable in slots 2 in the end walls 1 of an insulating casing. The slots extend through to the casing exterior and the upper edges of the end walls are strengthened by yokes 15 having grooves 8, 9 in line with the slots. The projections 3 may be metallic; alternatively, the sides of the slots may be lined with metal plates. The carrier 14 is biased upwardly by springs and moved downwards by an electromagnet (not shown).
