757,848. Prefabricated buildings; doors; greenhouses. ZILETTI, U. A. Aug. 5, 1954, No. 22772/54. Classes 20(1) and 20(3). A hut, shed, kiosk, greenhouse, garage or the like is formed by a number of prefabricated combined column and half-truss elements 1 of concrete having lateral and internal grooves receiving wall and roof elements 2 and 3 respectively, and, if desired, floor slabs. Auxiliary truss elements 4, Fig. 2, and intermediate uprights may be provided. In Fig. 1 the elements 1 are joined in pairs by bolts 6<SP>1</SP> and the complete pairs are interconnected by tierods 6. The building of Fig. 6 includes four truss elements 4 supported by two-intermediate uprights 5 which are combined with two elements 1 to provide extra width. The various structures may include lifting shutters 7. Each shutter has upper and lower pairs of side pins 8, 8<SP>1</SP> running in guides 9, 10 in opposed walls, and the shutter can be moved from a vertical closed position to a horizontal open position. The shutter is held horizontally by two cables which are attached to the pins 8<SP>1</SP> and pass under the structure roof, and are united to a single cable carrying a counterweight or attached to a spring. The cable may operate an electric contact effecting the opening or closing of the shutter.
