Class 121(1) [Also in Groups XXVIII, XXIX and XXX] A piston 18 has a tubular extension 22 terminating in a fixture 24 and has a hollow annular portion subject to fluid pressure admitted through ports 35 whereby the piston is moved outwardly. Fluid pressure cupplied through a port 72 returns the piston. The piston moves along a rod 28 and both members have helical grooves in which balls 30 circulate. Movement of the piston bv fluid pressure rotates the rod 28 and rotation of the rod by an electric motor, for use on failure of fluid pressure, causes movement of the piston.
