741,708. Multiplex pulse signalling. TELEFUNKEN GES., [formerly TELEFUNKEN GES. FUR DRAHTLOSE TELEGRAPHIE]. Nov. 23, 1953 [Nov. 22, 1952], No. 32364/53. Class 40 (5). For selecting and demodulating phase-modulated channel pulses in a multiplex communication system, regularlyoccurring negative channel-selecting pulses from terminal 13 through condenser 15 and diode 16 reverse the charge on condenser 11, to form the leading edge of a duration-modulated pulse on the condenser, the trailing edge of which occurs when the next positive channel pulse from terminal 7, through condenser 9 and diode 10, again reverses the charge on condenser 11. Leak resistances 12, 17 are dimensioned to produce such bias voltages that the circuit only responds to the channel pulse immediately succeeding a selecting pulse.
