Abstract

735,211. Flyers; locking devices. LOW & BONAR, Ltd. June 8, 1954 [June 11, 1953], No. 16078/53. Class 120(2). Locking means for holding a flyer against rotation for piecing-up, &c. consists of a spring- controlled plunger C which can be moved into engagement with the flyer and retained in that position. The plunger is normally held out of the path of rotation of the flyer by a spring B, but can be pushed into engagement with the flyer and held there by engagement of the pin E in the slot F.
