Abstract

720,040. Boxes, closures for containers. FREEMAN. W. S. April 17, 1953 [April 18, 1952], No. 9850/52. Classes 18 and 125 (3). A box for detonators &c. comprises a socket 25 into which fits a resilient plug 28 having round the rim bores 21 for the contents, the plug carrying a skirt 27 for folding onto the outside of the socket. Serrations 17 assist in forming a watertight joint. The socket is grooved for engagement by the skirt. Specification 582,363 is referred to.
