719,119. Windscreens. AUSTER, Ltd., and SMALL, W. W. July 31, 1953 [Oct. 14, 1952], No. 25656/52. Class 20 (3) In a vehicle windscreen comprising a transparent panel 2 curved in a vertical direction with the concavity presented rearwardly and mounted in seatings or supports on a pan 6 to form a self-contained unit, the front edge of the pan fits substantially flush with the front surface of the vehicle body and the upper portion of the curved panel diverges rearwardly from said front edge. The panel does not project from the front of the pan. Specification 477,087, [Group XXV], is referred to.
