Nov. 15, 1951 [March 12, 1951], No. 26763/51 Class 61 A fixed-jaw wrench, having jaws which engage polygonal parts only on their flat surfaces to avoid damage to the corners, has the engaging portions 1. of,the jaws 2 rounded and at least one projection 10 is provided in the gap between the jaws to position the nut B correctly relatively to the engaging parts 1 of the jaws. Further jaws may be provided in the gap between the jaws 2, to enable the wrench to actuate nuts &c. of various sizes.
