Abstract

716,004. Brackets. VALBANIA, Ltd. June 30. 1953 [Aug. 13, 1952], No. 20410/52. Class 52(5) A wall fitting for a soap-dish or the like comprises a rectangular securing element 10 provided with apertures 11 for screws and having a bevelled upper edge 12. The soapdish has a rear wall 3 and a back plate 6 provided with a rectangular aperture 7 to fit over the securing element 10. The upper and lower walls of the aperture have surfaces 8, 9 inclined downwardly towards the wall engaging surface, the upper surface 8 seating upon the bevelled surface 12. A screw 14 holds the soap dish in position. In a modification the apertures 11 in the securing element are replaced by a tongue or projection which can be embedded in the wall.
