Be it known that I, Frank G. Bellek, a citizen of the United States, residing at 11143 South Peoria Street, Chicago, in the county of Cook and State of Illinois, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for Cover Plates, of which the following is a, specicaton, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Fig. l is a front View of a cover plate, showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a back view of the cover plate;

Fig. 3 is a bottom view of the cover plate; and

Fig. 4 is a horizontal section taken on line 4-4 of Fig. 1.
