Abstract

703,324. Velocity-modulated tubes. LELAND STANFORD JUNIOR UNIVERSITY, BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF. Feb. 28, 1948 [April 20, 1939], No. 6238/48. Drawings to Specification. Class 39(1) The subject-matter, a single-resonator oscillator with separated bunching and catching regions, is identical with Figs. 1 to 7, 9-12 of Specification 548,725, but the claims differ. Specification 523,712 is referred to. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91, included (a) the subject-matter of Specifications 703,325 and 703,375 (i.e., all Figs. of Specification 545,146), (b) Fig. 8 of Specification 548,725 and (c) (Cancelled) Fig. 16 of Specification 548,725 (as open to inspection under Sect. 91). This subjectmatter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
