695,879. Deformable cores for moulding passages in concrete elements. BLATON, A., and BLATON, E. July 6, 1950 [July 7, 1949], No. 16955/50. Class 87 (ii). A passage is formed in a beam or other element by a deformable rubber core built up from several individual cores 2<SP>1</SP>, 2', 2' held together by a stirrup member 5. The stirrup may also serve to support the core by threading a rod 6 through bores in the stirrup. Each core member may have a longitudinal bore containing a stiffening member 4'.
