[Also in Group XXIII] In a precision grinding machine in which fall of load current of the grinding-wheel motor below a predetermined value causes, through an amplifier and relay, the starting of feeding means for the grinding-wheel or the workpiece which continues until the load current is restored to the predetermined value as in the parent Specification, delay is included so that if the grinding-wheel motor current rises again within a predetermined time, e.g. due to eccentricity of the workpiece, the feed will not take place. Delay is effected either by a synchronous motor operating a contact or by a resistance-condenser circuit energizing a relay.
