As shown, water from a heating installation A<SP>1</SP> at each corner is circulated by a pump H through the four sections of a sports ground A, B, C, D and passes to a collecting vessel E and by pipe G to the pump from which pipes K return it to the heaters. Valves F, M allow the collector E and the pump to be by-passed.
