Abstract

690,957. Linings for cooling ovens. REVO ELECTRIC CO., Ltd. Nov. 5, 1951 [Nov. 4; 1950], No. 26971/50. Class 126 A cooking oven is provided with inner separable side walls which are located within the oven by collared pins mounted in the upper part of the oven. Lugs a<1> are provided at the upper edge of an inner oven wall a which is corrugated at a<5> to form; shelf-supports. Slots in the lugs a<1> co-operate with pins b which are adjustably secured to the top plate c of the oven by lock nuts d. Each pin b has a collar b' with a convex underface. The lower part of the side wall a is provided with apertures which act as vents between the inner and outer oven walls and also as finger grips for manipulation. The back and front edges of the side wall are.provided with inwardly and outwardly directedy flanges respectively, and the bottom edge has a curved inwardly directed flange a<4> which rests in a trough e<2> formed in the base plate of the oven between its side edge and a ridge e<1>. The side walls are easily removed by tilting about their upper edges and withdrawing the slotted tongues from the locating pins.
