Abstract

674,983. Boxes. CROOKES LABORATORIES, Ltd. Aug. 22, 1950. [Aug. 22, 1949]. No. 21,747/49. Class 18. The blank of Fig. 1 is folded up along the chain lines to produce a carton, having at 10, a dispensing aperture of such size and shape as to reveal substantially the whole of one at a time of contained articles, the aperture being closed by a triangular flap 9 which may be folded over and tucked into a slot 8. The carton is secured in erected condition by adhesive 14. The carton top 1 may have, on its outer surface, a diagonally directed light coloured strip and be shaded or darkened over the rest of that surface, or vice versa, the hypotenuse of the flap, which may be of the same colour as the strip, coinciding approximately with the diagonal forming one edge of the strip.
