Abstract

A metal ceramic having improved oxidation resistance and strength at high temperatures consists of a sintered mass having a cohesive composition 5-50 per cent alumina 95-50 per cent metal and in which the metal is composed of 20-45 per cent chromium 80-55 per cent tungsten both by weight.
