Class 21 [Also in Group XXX] A stand for an oil drum comprises a frame carying rollers B to permit rotation of a drum and includes a removable ramp R and a removable winch S for loading a drum on to the stand. The stand may be mounted on castors. The winch may include gearing and a ratchet and the rollers may be fitted with a braking device. Two long rollers may replace the four shown.
